Bes Like JESUS

Pagkatapos kong panuorin yung bagong ad ng Jollibee wala akong ibang masabi kundi, “Bakit Jollibee? Bakit ang sakit?”
Well, that’s life. Hindi lahat ng inaasahan at gusto natin na mangyari ay dumarating sa ating harapan at nangyayari. Uo hanggang ngayon masakit, dinala ko na nga sa prayers.
Then seeing how happy the “bes” was, I just wondered how does it really feel like to have that kind of love, love that does not ask anything in return, a love that just gives, a love that waits, a love that wishes the best for the other.
Hmmmm… thinking about that, It’s really a mystery to be able to love like that. Then I just thought, I think Bes is Like Jesus. How?
Let us get words from the ad and think as if Jesus is the one speaking.
“I will be the man for you.
Pinapangako ko na papasiyahin kita.
I’ll be there whenever you need me.
I’ll be patient with you at all times.
I promise. I will never change.
Mahal na mahal kita.
I will be your bestfriend.”
Jesus is the man for every one of us. The man who came down from heaven to save us, because he loves us.
He promises Happiness, Only in knowing Jesus can we find true happiness. Happiness even not just in joyful moments but also during hard times, this is the happiness that our relationship with Jesus brings, it gives meaning to everything that we do and everything that we experience.
He will be with us until the end promising, “I will be with you always until the end of age.” (Mt. 28:20)
He will be patient and with that he will forgive us from our sins. He is waiting for us every single day, don’t be shy, he asks us to come to him most specially during the times that we are most down and dirty because of our sins and wounds, he wants to clean us, to heal us.
He loves us very much that he gave up his life for our sake.
Para kay Bes na nasa Jollibee Ad, ipagpatuloy mo lang ang pagiging mapagmahal at mabuting kaibigan.
Patuloy kang magmahal kahit walang kapalit, dahil yan naman ang tunay na diwa ng pagmamahal.
Let us celebrate the joy of love… with Jesus as our model.
